The Mechanicville Area Commuity Services
Center (MACSC) as founded in 1969 as a teen drop in center, when a
group of parents leveraged community resouces to provide a safe and
supervised place for youth to go after school, on weekend and during
summer vacation. Today, MACSC provides comprehensive support and
recreation services to area youth, seniors and families. MACSC is
a private, not for profit agency whose mission over the years has
expanded to meet the needs of the community.
